Description

￭商品特色

1.生長於海底礁石的藻類植物，取其海茸植物頭部的段落，切成細片，自然曬乾。

泡水後烹煮因形狀口感與螺肉相似，俗稱素海螺肉。

2.海茸頭中含藻聚醣、維生素、胺基酸、碘化物和微量元素

￭使用方式                                                

1.此為全素食品，可有如一般螺類的做法即可。但事前需於清水中浸泡20分鐘，即可成為一道熱炒極具口感的海菜

2.將海茸頭浸泡於水中，每1小時換一次水，泡軟程度依個人偏好之口感（建議可換3次水或依個人喜好增加），取出瀝乾，加入素蠔油或素沙茶醬、薑絲、辣椒絲、九層塔等拌炒，即成一道下飯的佳餚

3.可與滷味食材一起作成好吃的滷味。也是加入火鍋的好食材！
